- Start by brushing your teeth with JuliBrite Toothpaste.
- Do not use the bottle cap for dosing. As with all mouthwashes, it's more hygienic not to use the cap.
- Instead, use a clean glass or small cup.
- Pour a small amount of mouthwash into the glass. Gargle at the back of your throat for at least 1 minute to ensure the throat area is also reached.
- Spit out the mouthwash.
- Pour another small amount into the glass.
- Rinse your mouth for 1 minute, ensuring the liquid touches your tongue, teeth, gums, and inner cheeks.
