- Can't I simply clean my tongue using my toothbrush?

How do I use JuliBrite®️ Tongue Gel?
- Start by brushing your teeth with a toothpaste that contains, at a minimum, zinc, CPC and an oxidising agent, such as RyttPro or JuliBrite Toothpaste.
- Apply JuliBrite Tongue Clean Gel to the bristles of your JuliBrite tongue scraper.
- Distribute the JuliBrite Tongue Clean Gel over the back of your tongue.
- Allow the gel to sink in for at least 30–40 seconds.
- Now use the JuliBrite tongue scraper to clean your tongue, gently running the bristles from the back to the front. This loosens deposits and lifts them to the surface. Don’t use a toothbrush, as the bristles are much too coarse.
- Now use the scraping section to remove the coating until it’s no longer visible. Spit out the residue. Clean off your tongue scraper with hot water (or put it in the dishwasher).
- Rinse your mouth with a mouthwash such as RyttPro or JuliBrite. Don’t use plain water.

Sometimes, your tongue coating is so persistent that a more comprehensive approach is needed.
- Start by using JuliBrite Tongue Scraper and Tongue Clean Gel to clean your tongue.
- Rinse and brush with Julibrite or RyttPro mouthwash and toothpaste.
- Ensure that you are not moving mucus from your nasal passages to your tongue. To prevent this, use TonsilFresh Nasal Mist Spray or drops.
