Instructions for use SISU Aero Sport Mouthguard
- Wash your hands and the SISU Aero Sport Mouthguard;
- Heat water up to 60 degrees in a kettle or microwave. Make sure the water does not boil;
- Place the mouthguard in the water for about 30 to 60 seconds, until it softens;
- Remove the mouthguard from the water with a fork. Make sure that the sides do not touch each other, otherwise they will stick together.
- Now take the soft mouthguard and carefully bite into the center of the front part of the rail and press the tongue against the material so that it does not slip.
- Look into the mirror. Shape the material on the surface of the teeth by pressing the material softely towards the gums with your fingertips. Try to cover the entire tooth and do not go further than the gumline. Attention: It's important to reach all your teeth, even the back molars.
- Now close your mouth and suck gently until the material has hardend. The perforations should make it easy to do this. Also bite the molars a number of times when the bit is still soft, so that the shape of the molars is formed. It is important that you hold the bit in place until it hardens, so that it is completely shaped towards your teeth.
