- Put a pea-sized amount of Spry Kids Fluorid-free Toothpaste on your child's toothbrush;
- Brush the top, front and back of your child's teeth for 2 minutes;
- Spit out the toothpaste and rinse with water.
Brush your child's teeth twice a day: in the morning after breakfast and at night before going to bed.
