How to Use the JuliBrite® Fresh Breath Kit

For best results, use all products in the kit together. Follow the steps below daily for a complete and effective oral care routine.

Step 1: Clean the tongue with JuliBrite® Tongue Gel and tongue scraper

1. Apply a small amount of JuliBrite® Tongue Gel to the surface of the tongue.
2. Gently massage the gel into the tongue using the massage side of the scraper to help loosen tongue coating.
3. Then use the brush side to further loosen buildup.
4. Remove the loosened coating with the scraping side by gently moving from the back to the front of the tongue.
5. Rinse the tongue scraper with water in between.
6. Spit out any excess gel and lightly rinse the mouth with water if desired.

Step 2: Brush with JuliBrite® toothpaste

1. Apply a small amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush. A pea-sized amount is sufficient.
2. Brush your teeth for at least 2 minutes using gentle, circular motions.
3. Spit out the residue, but do not rinse with water. This allows the active ingredients to continue working.
4. Preferably avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after brushing.

Step 3: Rinse with JuliBrite® mouthwash

1. Do not use the cap as a measuring system. Pour the mouthwash into a clean glass or cup for optimal hygiene.
2. Pour a small layer into the glass and gargle at the back of the throat for at least 1 minute.
3. Spit out the mouthwash.
4. Pour another small layer and rinse the entire mouth for 1 minute. Make sure the mouthwash comes into contact with the teeth, gums, tongue, and inner cheeks.
5. Spit out the mouthwash. Do not rinse with water afterward, so the active ingredients can remain effective for longer.

Usage tips

• Preferably use the JuliBrite® Fresh Breath Kit twice a day, in the morning and evening.
• The tongue cleaner can be used daily; avoid applying excessive pressure.
• Rinse the tongue scraper thoroughly after use and allow it to air dry.

1. Brush your teeth and rinse your mouth and throat with a formula based on energised oxygen, xylizink and hyaluronan, such as JuliBrite.

2. Rinse your mouth with a mouthwash based on hyaluronic acid and xylitol, such as JuliBrite mouthwash.
3. Keep your mouth hydrated during the day with Moist-r Dry Mouth Spray.
4. Chew or suck on saliva-stimulating tablets such as these from OraMarie or Moist-r.
5. Tape your mouth while sleeping with Nitezipp mouth tape so your mouth does not dry out.

1. Remove tartar with a safe tartar scraper such as this one from Profi, made from durable plastic rather than metal.
