How to Use the Oral Icon® Water Tank
Detaching and Attaching
- Hold the water flosser firmly.
- Turn the tank to the right. Once it has rotated slightly, you can easily remove it.
- To reattach the tank, slide it onto the flosser and gently turn it to the left until it is securely in place.
Daily Use
- Empty the tank after each use.
- Run the device for 2–3 seconds without water to remove any remaining drops from the pump and tube.
- Wipe the outside of the tank with a soft cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.
Cleaning the Tank
Regular maintenance: Rinse the tank with lukewarm water and a little mild soap. If necessary, use a soft brush to reach the inside.
Deep cleaning (recommended):
- Detach the tank. Fill a bowl with lukewarm water and add one MiBrush® Cleaning Tablet.
- Place the tank in the solution and let the tablet fully dissolve (follow the instructions on the packaging, usually a few minutes).
- Remove the tank, empty it, and rinse thoroughly with clean water until no foam or odor remains.
- Allow the tank to dry completely before reattaching it.
